Social Media Executive

Zubaidas Group is hiring a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive for its Homestore brand. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong eye for aesthetics, understands lifestyle content, and can consistently create engaging visuals that align with a premium brand identity. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content for our brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and key product categories
• Create engaging, high-quality content (especially reels) within the showroom environment
• Write compelling captions that reflect the brand’s tone and positioning
• Ensure consistency in visual identity, styling, and overall feed aesthetics
• Coordinate with internal teams for new arrivals, launches, and in-store activations
• Stay updated with social media trends and adapt them to fit the brand
• Manage day-to-day posting and ensure timely execution of content
• Monitor basic performance insights to understand what content works best

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• 1–2 years in social media/content creation (preferably in retail, lifestyle, or e-commerce)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Business, or a related field Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook; exposure to ERP software preferred
• Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook content formats
• Basic photography/videography skills (mobile-based shooting is a plus)
• Basic editing skills for reels (in-app or tools like CapCut, etc.)
• Good copywriting skills with attention to detail
• Strong sense of aesthetics, especially for home and lifestyle content

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
