Machine Operator (Printing)

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Printing Machine Operator to manage printing operations on plastic tubes/caps. The role ensures quality output, color accuracy, and smooth machine performance while meeting daily production targets.

Responsibilities
 

Key Responsibilities

• Set up machines & perform job changeovers as per SOPs
• Operate & monitor printing (Flexo/Offset/Screen)
• Ensure color matching, print quality & registration
• Handle plates, cylinders, inks & materials
• Maintain production records & reports
• Coordinate with QA & Maintenance teams
• Minimize wastage & follow 5S and safety practices
• Train junior operators/helpers
• Diploma/Bachelor (Printing Technology preferred)
• 5–7 years relevant printing experience
• Strong knowledge of printing machines & ink systems
• Good problem-solving & team handling skills
• Knowledge of ISCC PLUS (preferred)
