Denimai is an international denim manufacturing company based in Istanbul, working with global CREATIVE fashion brands . Our Istanbul office is the center of our product creation process, where design, pattern development, and sampling teams collaborate closely to develop innovative denim collections.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Denim Pattern Maker with strong expertise in creative model development. The ideal candidate has deep technical knowledge of denim construction and is capable of transforming creative design concepts into precise, production-ready patterns.

This role requires both technical mastery and creative problem-solving, working closely with designers and product developers to bring new denim silhouettes and details to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop patterns for women’s and men’s denim garments from design sketches or samples
• Translate creative concepts into accurate, production-ready patterns
• Work closely with the design and product development teams during the sample creation process
• Develop innovative constructions and pattern solutions for creative denim styles
• Ensure correct fit, balance, and proportions during the sampling stage
• Collaborate with the sample room and production teams to resolve technical challenges
• Review prototypes and make necessary pattern adjustments
• Maintain high standards of fit, construction quality, and efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pattern Maker in Denim
• Strong experience with creative and fashion-forward denim styles
• Deep knowledge of denim garment construction
• Strong understanding of fit, grading, and garment engineering
• Ability to work from sketches, references, or design concepts
• Experience working with international brands is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in pattern making software (Gerber, Lectra, or similar) is preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented with a passion for denim craftsmanship
