Machine Operator (Printing)

Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Printing Machine Operator to manage printing operations on plastic tubes/caps. The role ensures quality output, color accuracy, and smooth machine performance while meeting daily production targets.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Set up machines & perform job changeovers as per SOPs
Operate & monitor printing (Flexo/Offset/Screen)
Ensure color matching, print quality & registration
Handle plates, cylinders, inks & materials
Maintain production records & reports
Coordinate with QA & Maintenance teams
Minimize wastage & follow 5S and safety practices
Train junior operators/helpers
Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor (Printing Technology preferred)
5–7 years relevant printing experience
Strong knowledge of printing machines & ink systems
Good problem-solving & team handling skills
Knowledge of ISCC PLUS (preferred)
