The ideal candidate will be highly organized, resourceful, and possess a strong background in managing office services, facilities, and vendor relationships. A key element of this role involves direct interaction with civic authorities, specifically the Cantonment Board Clifton (CBC) and Defence Housing Authority (DHA) in Karachi, where proven experience is essential. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all administrative functions including office management, facilities maintenance, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Act as the primary liaison with civic and municipal authorities, particularly CBC and DHA, managing permissions, compliance, and utility-related matters.
- Administer lease agreements, maintain property documentation, and ensure company properties adhere to local regulations.
- Lead and supervise the administrative support team to maintain high standards of performance and service delivery.
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems, policies, and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the HR department on office-related staff issues and coordinate with the finance team on budgeting and expense control for administrative activities.
- Ensure the security, upkeep, and aesthetic maintenance of office facilities and company vehicles.
- Manage administrative arrangements for official visits, events, and provide support to senior management as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
- At least 7-8 years of relevant experience in administrative management, preferably within a corporate group setting.
- Demonstrable and verifiable experience liaising with the Cantonment Board Clifton (CBC) and Defence Housing Authority (DHA) in Karachi is mandatory.
- Strong leadership capabilities combined with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and administrative management software.
