Human Capital HR Solutions (HC) is partnering with a well-established client in the marine logistics and shipping sector to hire a Manager Finance. This is a high-impact role for a qualified finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and is ready to contribute at a strategic level.

The Opportunity:
This role offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership, strengthen financial governance, and play a key role in shaping financial strategy within a growing and dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end financial reporting and ensure compliance with applicable standards 
• Manage and coordinate internal and external audits 
• Oversee taxation, compliance, and regulatory matters 
• Drive accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across financial operations 
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making 

What We’re Looking For:

• ACA qualified (mandatory) 
• 5–8 years of post-qualification experience 
• Prior exposure to shipping, marine logistics, or service-based industries preferred 
• Strong expertise in audit, taxation, and financial reporting 
• Ability to perform in a dynamic and evolving business environment 
• Manufacturing background candidates will not be considered 
• Male candidates preferred (as per client requirement)
