Manager Finance - CA Qualified

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Finance who is CA qualified to lead and oversee the financial planning, management reporting, budgeting, costing, and financial control functions. This leadership role requires a professional with 8 years of relevant experience, who can combine strong analytical skills with commercial insight in a structured corporate environment. The Manager Finance will be responsible for delivering accurate financial information, driving cost efficiency, and supporting key business and operational decisions to enhance profitability and financial performance. The successful candidate will manage a small team, providing direction and oversight while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across the organization. The role involves monitoring financial risks, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and reporting standards. Experience in manufacturing or related industrial sectors will be highly advantageous, enabling a deep understanding of operational finance dynamics and strategic financial management.
Responsibilities
 

• Lead and manage the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare timely, accurate, and insightful management reports that deliver actionable information on business performance.

• Monitor working capital, cash flow, and overall operational finance performance to optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with business units and operational teams to provide financial insights supporting commercial and strategic objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks by recommending improvements to processes and financial systems.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all financial data and related reporting mechanisms.
