Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading FMCG Manufacturing company.

Position: Manager Finance

Location: Site Area, Karachi

Industry: FMCG Manufacturing

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in FMCG Manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Sound understanding of taxation, audit, compliance, and cost accounting
• Experience in inventory reconciliation and manufacturing cost control
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and working capital
• Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements
• Assist in audits and maintain accurate financial records
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations.
