Reporting Line: BUH & Head of Technical

Job Purpose
The Manager Maintenance will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted operations, optimal equipment performance, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance strategies, procedures, and documentation
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure quick response to equipment faults and emergencies
• Ensure compliance with mechanical, electrical, HVAC, compressor, fire alarm, and control system safety standards
• Manage maintenance tools, equipment, and stores, and maintain an accurate technical inventory
• Monitor and control maintenance and energy costs while improving health and safety practices
• Prepare daily reports for BUH and Head of Technical, highlighting key issues and action plans
• Remain available for 24/7 standby duties and emergency maintenance support

Qualification & Experience

• B.Sc. / B.Tech in Electronics
• 4–5 years of relevant maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong hands-on exposure to electrical and mechanical systems

Essential Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Sound knowledge of safety standards and compliance
• Ability to manage teams, resources, and maintenance schedules
• Cost control and energy management expertise
• Excellent reporting and coordination skills
