Responsible for achieving key operational KPIs, including MTTR, MTTP, CHI, and installation quality, while driving Fixed Broadband (FF) conversion targets to support customer base growth. The role focuses on reducing customer complaints, including new, repeat, and denied cases, by identifying and addressing root causes, improving service quality, and ensuring timely fault resolution to enhance overall customer satisfaction and network performance.
