Marketing & Sales Executive (Female)

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute impactful marketing and business development strategies.
• Lead change management initiatives to modernize existing marketing and sales practices.
• Develop content and strategies aligned with company goals.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to strengthen marketing effectiveness.
• Implement and monitor analytics tools to track marketing performance.
• Ensure key marketing metrics and targets are consistently achieved.
• Stay current on marketing trends and best practices, and propose relevant initiatives to management.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and engaging communication style with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
• Contribute to a positive team culture built on integrity, loyalty, and diligent, results-oriented work.
• Operate independently and reliably, enabling management to focus on strategic company growth.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum two years of prior experience in a marketing or sales management capacity (required).
• Strong command of written and verbal English communication.
• High proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, creative thinking, and a proactive working style.
• Usage of AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) tools for saving time and improving approaches
• Prior experience or interest in industrial raw materials (and allied) is an advantage.
