MEP Technician

We need a technician with hands-on experience maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a multi-story, high-traffic facility.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience

Strong knowledge of:

• Electrical distribution systems and panels
• Electric meters and load monitoring
• Elevator systems (basic troubleshooting and coordination with service vendors)
• Backup generators and UPS systems
• Water pumps, plumbing, and drainage systems
• Fire safety infrastructure (detection and suppression)
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and system schematics
• Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
• On-call availability for unforeseen maintenance issues
• Preference for candidates with experience in commercial or office buildings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or MEP Technology
• Vocational training from a recognized technical institute
• Relevant safety or compliance certifications (e.g., fire safety, electrical safety)
