Job Description

• Creating and closing shifts at the beginning and ending of 12 hours shift
• Troubleshooting IT/ hardware issues
• Cleaning and Maintenance of IT equipment
• Communication with NOC for reporting any issue at the plaza
• Communicating with MRT in case of any major issue that needs mobile team support or remote assistance
• Cleaning maintenance and troubleshooting of MTag/ WIM systems
• Timely on/ off VMS gantries
• Communicating/installing IT equipment against faulty/nonoperational
• Troubleshooting power issues
• Basic troubleshooting/ maint/ starting the Genset
• Keeping fuel record
• Cleaning and Maintenance of power/ solar equipment
• Communicating/installing power equipment against faulty/nonoperational
