MTO-Operations

We are looking for motivated fresh graduates or candidates with six months to one year of experience to join our growing Operations team as Management Trainee Officers. Chundrigar Road, Karachi, and candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gain practical experience in essential operational functions.
- Support the team in analyzing and enhancing operational workflows.

- Apply analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Required Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of operational workflows and process improvement principles.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
