NES Instructor

• B.Sc. Nursing

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years clinical experience and at least 1 year teaching experience in Nursing will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Identify staff training needs together with the NES team and organize relevant training
• Organize staff orientation program for new nursing recruit
• Organize classroom teaching sessions in NES and coordinate with support services
• Systematically evaluates quality and effectiveness of staff development programs, analyzing data to identify for improving services of customer
