Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing office events and team activities to support company culture.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary to avoid shortages.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in daily operations.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Train and mentor new office staff to uphold service standards and operational protocols.
