We are one of the leading pharmaceutical company in Pakistan. We require energetic and self-motivated individual for the following position to be based at Karachi.

Officer Payroll

Qualification:

  • B.com / BBA

Experience:

  • 2-3 years

Responsibilities:

  • Process and maintain organization‑wide employee attendance records.
  • Update leaves data in the HR software and ensure accuracy.
  • Handle shift and roster scheduling.
  • Prepare and submit monthly attendance reports to the Line Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with EOBI and social security regulations.
  • Administer full and final settlement processes for separating employees.
  • Draft and issue HR letters and official documentation.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR software systems and data integration.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
