Job Title: Online Mobile Sales Specialist (Remote)

Salary: PKR 80,000 – 100,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Job Overview:

Fast Cell Repair is hiring an experienced Online Mobile Sales Specialist to manage online sales channels and support store operations remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and solid knowledge of mobile phones and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor video surveillance to ensure store safety and theft prevention
• Handle Google Business Profile (messages, reviews, updates)
• Manage listings and respond to ads and inquiries on Facebook Marketplace
• Take, receive, and make customer sales calls professionally
• Respond promptly to online ads and marketplace messages
• Support daily store operations remotely
• Maintain and update stock and inventory records
• Plan, run, and optimize Facebook Ads for mobile phones and accessories
• Assist with theft management and loss prevention reporting
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and promotions
• Follow up on leads and ensure effective lead conversion

Requirements:

• Strong English language skills (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven sales background (customer service & online sales experience)
• Demonstrated ability in lead conversion and closing sales
• Good knowledge of mobile phones and accessories (preferred)
• Experience with Facebook Marketplace, Google Business, and Facebook Ads
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
