Outbound Sales Caller

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Outbound Sales Caller with at least three years of experience in sales and cold calling to join our dynamic team in Karachi. The ideal candidate demonstrates fluent English proficiency, enabling effective communication with potential clients. This role involves actively reaching out to prospective customers to generate interest in our products and services, showcasing persuasive sales techniques to achieve and exceed set targets. The position is office-based and requires an energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer engagement. The successful candidate works closely with the sales management team but does not have direct reports or team management responsibilities. They utilize their expertise in sales tools, including Salesforce, to record calls, track leads, and manage customer information efficiently. This role demands confident and clear communication skills to deliver compelling sales pitches, handle objections, and close deals effectively. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to maintain focus during repetitive calling activities are essential to sustain high levels of productivity and success in meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities
 

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided lead lists and sales platforms.
• Use a confident and persuasive communication style to engage and build rapport with customers.
• Identify customer needs through effective questioning and listening during calls.
• Handle customer objections with professionalism and provide appropriate information to address concerns.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
• Provide timely follow-up calls and emails to prospects to encourage sales progression and closure.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical standards during all sales activities.
• Remain up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to prospects.
• Manage time efficiently to maximize the number of quality outbound calls made each day.
