Operations Officer - Field Verification

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations related to Field Verification (FV) within the Fraud Control Unit, ensuring maximum efficiency, security, and control while adhering to established procedures and service standards. This includes report generation, vendor coordination, case reconciliation, and internal stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process FV activities, including report generation, review, distribution to vendors, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor FV reports, ensuring compliance with service standards and procedures.
  • Address inquiries related to FV reports, delivering efficient, quality service.
  • Ensure error-free processing and adherence to procedures in FV operations.
  • Report operational weaknesses or control non-compliance to team leads.
  • Highlight discrepancies in FV processes and report potential fraud risks.
  • Optimize operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and protect the organization’s financial interests.

Role Requirements:

  • Education: Business diploma or degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in bank operations.
  • Skills: Strong process orientation, quality service delivery, attention to detail, multitasking, good communication.

Key Attributes:

  • Problem-solving: Ability to handle large volumes and identify operational gaps.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to interact with internal stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
