Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Assistant located in Karachi Division. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities, ensuring the efficient execution of operational processes, and maintaining effective communication with team members and clients. Key responsibilities include assisting with operations management tasks, coordinating with the technical team, monitoring service requests, and ensuring optimal customer service delivery.
 

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Operations and Operations Management, with the ability to assist in daily operational tasks and process improvement.
• Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating data and ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
• Outstanding Communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with team members and clients.
• Proven expertise in Customer Service to deliver exceptional client satisfaction and address inquiries professionally.
• Proficiency in using operational tools and software is preferred.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Prior experience in the HVAC/electronics industry is a plus but not mandatory.
