Job Description

The Outreach Officer at Molana Tariq Jameel Foundation plays a vital role in developing and maintaining strong connections with the community. The Outreach Officer utilizes excellent communication and public speaking skills to effectively reach target audiences and foster positive relationships. The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of experience in a similar outreach or community engagement role and demonstrates proficiency in presentation software such as Google Slides. This role requires the ability to analyze data to evaluate outreach strategies and craft persuasive speeches to support the foundations initiatives. While the role does not involve managing a team, the Outreach Officer collaborates with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities
 

• Develop and implement outreach programs to engage community members and stakeholders.
• Create and deliver presentations using Google Slides to communicate the foundations objectives and initiatives.
• Write and prepare speeches and content tailored to different audiences to increase awareness and support.
• Analyze data from outreach activities to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain consistent communication with community groups to build and strengthen relationships.
• Coordinate events and campaigns that promote community involvement and participation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of outreach strategies with overall foundation goals.
• Prepare reports on outreach progress and outcomes for senior management review.
• Utilize public speaking skills to represent the foundation at community meetings and public events.
• Stay current with community trends and adjust outreach tactics accordingly.
