Personal Assistant (Hybrid)
Location: Hybrid
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, documentation, problem-solving and working in a professional business environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and format business agreements, contracts and legal documents from templates.
- Prepare quotations, invoices and other business documentation.
- Complete bank forms, onboarding documents and compliance paperwork on behalf of clients.
- Organise, maintain and update digital records and files.
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist with bookkeeping, account reconciliation and administrative financial tasks.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets and business correspondence.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings and follow-ups where required.
- Communicate professionally with clients via email and telephone.
- Conduct online research and gather information when requested.
- Carry out general administrative duties and provide day-to-day support to management.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrator or Office Coordinator is preferred but not essential.
Preferred Skills
- Experience preparing contracts or legal documents.
- Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge.
- Familiarity with invoicing and financial record keeping.
- Strong document formatting skills.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT for administrative tasks is an advantage.
