Personal Assistant (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, documentation, problem-solving and working in a professional business environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and format business agreements, contracts and legal documents from templates.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices and other business documentation.
  • Complete bank forms, onboarding documents and compliance paperwork on behalf of clients.
  • Organise, maintain and update digital records and files.
  • Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy.
  • Assist with bookkeeping, account reconciliation and administrative financial tasks.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets and business correspondence.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings and follow-ups where required.
  • Communicate professionally with clients via email and telephone.
  • Conduct online research and gather information when requested.
  • Carry out general administrative duties and provide day-to-day support to management.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
  • Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrator or Office Coordinator is preferred but not essential.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience preparing contracts or legal documents.
  • Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge.
  • Familiarity with invoicing and financial record keeping.
  • Strong document formatting skills.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT for administrative tasks is an advantage.
