PR & Social Media Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative PR & Social Media Intern to support our public relations and social media initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for branding, digital marketing, content creation, and online engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and distributing press releases and media content.
• Research media outlets, influencers, and industry trends.
• Build and maintain media and influencer databases.
• Support PR campaigns and media outreach activities.
• Create and schedule social media content across various platforms.
• Monitor and respond to social media engagement when required.
• Track online brand mentions and media coverage.
• Assist in preparing reports on PR and social media performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Perform other PR, social media, and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X).
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Creative, organized, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi Clifton: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
