Our Dubai-based client is building one of the UAE's most ambitious premium content production companies, starting with a flagship multi-studio podcast facility in Dubai. They are looking for a Founding Producer & Senior Video Editor to join the founding team and help deliver exceptional podcasts and premium short-form content.

Mandatory Requirements

• Professional video editing experience.
• Experience editing multi-camera podcast productions.
• Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong organizational and file management skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality long-form and short-form content under deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Job Role

• Prepare podcast studios and operate production equipment.
• Support multiple podcast recordings each day.
• Edit long-form podcast episodes.
• Create engaging short-form content for social media platforms.
• Manage media files, project organization, and final content deliveries.
• Maintain high production quality and efficient editing workflows.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure timely project completion.

Nice to Have

• Experience editing content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn.
• Experience working in podcast or studio production environments.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and social media trends.
• Motion graphics or color grading experience.
