Product Owner

Job Description

As a Product Owner, you will be instrumental in defining the vision, strategy, and execution of products that deliver meaningful value to both users and the business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders, to set priorities, clarify objectives, and drive impactful results. This role provides a unique opportunity to influence product direction early in your career while honing your skills as a product leader.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product backlog to ensure it aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
- Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to support efficient sprint execution.
- Assist in product launches, feature rollouts, and adoption strategies to maximize product impact.
- Collect and analyze data, research findings, and customer feedback to inform future product improvements.
- Advocate for the product vision and ensure alignment among teams and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and product development lifecycles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
