Project Engineer

Pvt Job- Plan, schedule, and monitor project implementation while ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, HES, and OE requirements.
- Ensure that all project activities follow approved design specifications and technical standards & provide day-to-day project site supervision and coordination.
- Ensure that contractors execute work as per the agreed schedule, cost parameters, and safety/design requirements.
- Review and interpret contract design documents provided by design consultants and confirm that materials and work executed match approved specifications.
- Monitor project progress, coordinate tasks, and address on-site issues to maintain the project schedule. Engage 3rd party for phase wise inspections.
- Conduct physical verification of materials delivered by contractors at the site.
- Verify actual work progress for the processing of contractor invoices based on completed work.
- Identify deviations or scope changes and timely inform the Project Manager for approvals.
- Develop resource plans, define work methodologies, and coordinate with HES for safe work execution.
- Prepare progress and status reports for review by the Project Manager and execute actions as advised.
- Enforce work permitting procedures, rules, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Prepare dossiers & submission to Plant /Terminal management along with the closure of all punch list items.
- Keep tracking of assets for the capitalization purpose of Finance Department.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture aligned with world-class, incident-free operations.
- Ensure that engineering contractors comply with all contractor safety management requirements as communicated by the client.
