Python Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with a deep specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Automation. In this role, you won't just be writing scripts; you will be architecting the bridge between core backend systems and cutting-edge GenAI implementations.

The ideal candidate has 45 years of professional experience, moving beyond general web development into the realm of LLM orchestration, RAG architectures, and autonomous agent workflows.

Responsibilities

AI Architecture & Implementation: Design and deploy production-ready AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs). This includes selecting appropriate models, prompt engineering, and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

Model Optimization: Perform Fine-Tuning on open-source models to meet domain-specific requirements and optimize for latency, cost, and accuracy.

Advanced Automation: Build intelligent automation workflows that integrate AI agents with legacy systems, APIs, and third-party tools to reduce manual overhead.

Vector Database Management: Architect and maintain Vector Databases (VD) (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or ChromaDB) for efficient similarity searches and long-term AI memory.

Backend Excellence: Develop scalable, high-performance Python applications and RESTful/GraphQL APIs that serve as the backbone for AI-driven features.

Data Orchestration: Build robust data pipelines to preprocess unstructured data for AI consumption, ensuring high-quality embeddings and context retrieval.

System Performance: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance bottlenecks in both standard Python code and inference-heavy AI workflows.

Collaborative Innovation: Work within an Agile framework to translate complex AI research into functional product features, participating in code reviews to maintain high architectural standards.
