We’re Hiring: Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – QA

Location: RJ Mall, Karachi (On-site)

Shift: Three Shifts (Morning, Afternoon & Night Shift)

Monthly Stipend: PKR 35,000

Contract Term: 1 Year

About the Role: Active8 Wireless is looking for a motivated Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to join our Quality Assurance team. This is a one-year contractual appointment designed for individuals who are detail-oriented and ready to kickstart their career in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Surveillance & Monitoring: Actively monitor CCTV feeds to ensure security, safety, and strict adherence to company standards.
Loss Prevention: Prevent losses by reporting irregularities, enforcing policies, and protecting company assets.
Operations Oversight: Monitor inventory, branch exits, and staff compliance with SOPs.
Reporting: Document incidents and provide daily operational updates.
Task Management: Manage key tasks including sales returns, discount reports, and customer calls.
Requirements:

Education: Minimum Matriculation/Intermediate (A-Level students or immediate graduates preferred).
Skills: Must be able to speak and understand basic English fluently.
Availability: Must be able to work the night shift (Monday to Saturday).
Pre-requisites for Employment: Candidates must provide the following documents upon joining:

Valid CNIC and passport-size photograph.
Copy of all educational documents (SSC to the highest degree).
Most recent paid electricity bill.

22 working days leave entitlement during the contract term.
