Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Karāchi. As a Real Estate Agent at Estate Bnk., you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties. You will guide clients through property transactions, negotiate contracts, and ensure a seamless experience. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and staying informed on real estate market trends will be key aspects of your role. Regular meetings, property showings, and collaboration with team members are part of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in art or science.
• Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property transactions and practices.
• Strong Sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Exemplary Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with the Karāchi real estate market is a plus.
• Proficiency in using real estate software and technology tools is preferred.
