We are seeking a presentable, courteous, and highly organized Receptionist to join our Karachi office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming front-office environment while supporting administrative operations.

 

Key Responsibilities


 

  • Greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.
  • Manage incoming calls, direct them to relevant departments, and take accurate messages when required.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, couriers, and mail.
  • Manage visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and coordinate with security as necessary.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating appointments.
  • Assist in basic office management tasks, including coordination with vendors and service providers.
  • Support internal teams with routine administrative tasks as required.


 

Qualifications & Experience


 

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment handling.
