Sales & Operations Analyst

We are a fast-growing beverage production and distribution company based in Karachi, supplying retail, HORECA, and distribution channels.

We are looking for a Sales & Operations Analyst to bring greater structure, visibility, and insight into our commercial and operational performance.

This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable working with large datasets and translating them into clear reports, dashboards, forecasts, and actionable business insights.

You will work closely with sales, production, supply chain, finance, and management to improve planning, profitability, and decision-making.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain sales and operations dashboards using Excel and Power BI
• Analyze performance by product, customer, channel, territory, and salesperson
• Track sales targets, margins, pricing, discounts, and customer profitability
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, ageing, slow-moving items, and potential stock-outs
• Support sales forecasting, demand planning, production planning, and replenishment
• Compare forecasts with actual sales and highlight significant variances
• Analyze order fulfilment, delivery performance, and operational bottlenecks
• Prepare management reports and ad hoc commercial analysis

Technical Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and complex formulas
• Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Sales, pricing, inventory, production, customer, and order data
• ERP systems such as SAP, Odoo, Zoho, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Candidates who have built automated dashboards, improved reporting, supported demand planning, or analyzed commercial and operational performance will be preferred.

Experience and Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a Sales Analyst, Operations Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Experience in FMCG, beverages, food, retail, manufacturing, or distribution is preferred
• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
