Full job description

Are you confident on the phone and good at turning interest into action? Join our sales team and help bring qualified clients through our door.

What you’ll do

• Call warm, high-intent leads generated daily through our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads; no cold calling
• Understand each client’s needs and answer their questions clearly
• Book and confirm client visits to our sales office
• Follow up with leads who haven’t committed yet
• Keep call notes and lead status updated
• Hit daily call and weekly visit targets

What we’re looking for

• Clear, confident communication in [Urdu / English]
• Prior telesales, call center, or customer service experience preferred (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
• Persuasive, polite, and persistent
• Basic computer and WhatsApp skills
• Organized and target-driven

• PKR 70,000 – 100,000 per month, including pick & drop facility, plus commission on every successful sale.

Schedule: Tuesday to Friday 12 to 8, Saturday & Sunday 12 to 9. Monday off.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
