SATS International seeks a dedicated Sales Executive to drive business growth by engaging with and expanding its network of international clients. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of sales experience, particularly with foreign clientele, and demonstrates outstanding communication and negotiation skills. This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client needs within the accounting or bookkeeping industry, and delivering tailored sales solutions. The Sales Executive works independently without team management responsibilities, focusing on individual sales targets and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with international clients to increase company revenue.
Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular communication and personalized support.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to effectively tailor sales presentations and proposals that align with client requirements.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that satisfy both client expectations and company objectives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes affecting international sales within accounting and bookkeeping sectors.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery to new clients.
Prepare and deliver clear and persuasive communication to clients, including presentations, proposals, and follow-ups, ensuring professional and effective correspondence.
Track and report sales metrics, pipeline activities, and customer feedback to management to support strategic planning and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all sales policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements in international business operations.
