Human Capital HR Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a reputable client for the position of Sales Executive specializing in Industrial Safety Products and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

We are seeking professionals with a proven track record in B2B sales of industrial safety solutions, including but not limited to:

Safety Shoes
Safety Helmets
Reflective & Safety Jackets
Protective Gloves
Coveralls & Workwear
Fall Protection Equipment
PPE Kits
Industrial Safety Accessories
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with corporate, industrial, manufacturing, construction, and engineering clients.
Identify new business opportunities and generate sales within target markets.
Promote the company's portfolio of industrial safety and PPE products.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and secure new business.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales of industrial safety products, PPE, construction supplies, MRO products, or related industrial solutions.
Established network within industrial, manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, or engineering sectors will be highly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
