We are seeking a Sales Representative to drive customer acquisition, convert leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is confident, target-oriented, and skilled at communication, with the ability to close sales efficiently and maintain high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and convert potential clients through outbound calls, messages, and follow-ups.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Handle client objections and convert them into successful sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer onboarding.
• Provide regular feedback to improve sales processes and strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in sales (B2B or B2C).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, energetic, and self-driven personality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
