We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and preferably experience in freight forwarding, logistics, import/export, or supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and sales support to the Sales team.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate with clients and follow up on inquiries and quotations.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Coordinate with Operations and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Assist the Sales team in achieving business and customer service objectives.
• Follow up with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates.
• Handle customer queries professionally and promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, import/export, or sales support will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh candidates with relevant knowledge may also be considered.
