Sales Representative

Belco Chocolates seeks a motivated Sales Representative with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate excels in building strong customer relationships, demonstrates thorough product knowledge, and effectively manages client accounts to drive growth. This role focuses on representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, promoting our chocolate products to diverse customers while ensuring excellent service and satisfaction. The Sales Representative operates independently without team management responsibilities but plays a crucial role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the companys success.
Responsibilities
 

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and promote Belco Chocolates' products effectively.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up communications, ensuring a consistent sales process.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to inform and educate customers, addressing questions and providing tailored recommendations that meet their preferences.
• Manage client accounts by monitoring order histories, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring timely delivery of products to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports that reflect customer activity, sales trends, and potential market opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product developments, sales techniques, and company policies.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying opportunities and effectively negotiating contracts and pricing.
• Continuously analyze market conditions and competitor activities to identify new prospects and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback and insights that contribute to product improvements and campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold the brand image of Belco Chocolates in all customer interactions and business communications.
