As we continue expanding our US Operations Division, we are looking for confident, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Executives to become part of our growing team.

About the Role

This is not a cold-calling position.

You'll work with warm leads and existing US-based customers who are already familiar with our products and services. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, recommending suitable solutions, building lasting relationships, and converting opportunities into successful sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with warm leads and existing customers through professional, consultative sales conversations.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that best fit their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships based on trust and excellent service.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance goals.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales records using CRM software.
• Collaborate with team leaders to improve conversion rates and overall team performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the sales process.

Experience

Work Schedule

• Working Days: Monday – Saturday
• Shift: Fixed Night Shift (No Rotation)
• Timing: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 14, Karachi
• Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent | On-Site

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: PKR 45,000 – 55,000
• Uncapped commission with unlimited earning potential
• PKR 3,000 monthly punctuality bonus
