Iqbal & Company is a leading importer and distributor of medical devices and surgical disposables dedicated to improving patient care and healthcare outcomes. We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Biomedical/Electronics Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team as a Sales & Service Engineer. This role focuses on the sales and servicing of electromedical equipment and surgical disposables, ensuring clients receive high-quality support and innovative medical solutions. The successful candidate will develop and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to the operational success of the company by providing technical expertise, installation, calibration, and problem resolution of biomedical equipment. The Sales & Service Engineer plays a pivotal role by liaising with healthcare professionals and hospital technical teams to understand and meet clinical needs. They assist in deal finalization, prepare tender documents, and support sales efforts without managing a team. This role demands continuous learning to stay updated with the latest biomedical technology trends and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and clients to resolve technical issues promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities
 

• Maintain and cultivate client relationships by providing ongoing support, relevant information, and recommending service improvements that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information including quotations, installation, and client feedback forms.
• Establish and maintain professional technical knowledge by networking and attending clinical discussions with doctors and meetings with hospital technical staff.
• Assist the Head of Departments in negotiating and finalizing sales deals to ensure successful business transactions.
• Prepare and follow up on tender documents for both private and government healthcare sectors to secure new business.
• Contribute to overall team efforts by accomplishing related tasks and supporting group objectives.
• Serve as a technical resource, collaborating closely with engineering teams and clients to provide effective end-user support and resolve equipment issues promptly.
• Identify and diagnose problems occurring in biomedical equipment, coordinating and executing appropriate corrective actions.
• Perform installation and calibration of new electromedical equipment, ensuring functionality and compliance with standards.
• Provide training and supervision to less experienced staff as required and offer on-call support to address urgent technical needs.
• Stay informed about advancements and emerging trends in biomedical technology to maintain expertise and inform clients.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, supporting the evolution and growth of Iqbal & Companys services.
