We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Team Member to support our sales operations by managing Zoho CRM, maintaining accurate customer records, and assisting with professional business communications. The ideal candidate will help organize leads, ensure data accuracy, coordinate with internal teams, and support email outreach activities to keep sales processes running efficiently. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong written English, and a commitment to delivering high-quality administrative and CRM support.

 

Work Schedule

  • Saturdays & Sundays off (5-day work week)

Work Arrangement

  • First 3 months: Onsite
  • After successful completion of the probation period: Remote with flexible working hours
