Sales Trainee – Digital Services & Client Acquisition | Internship | Onsite | Night Shift

We are seeking a motivated Sales Trainee to join our business development team for a 3-month internship based in Karachi. This role offers hands-on experience in digital services sales and client acquisition, focusing on online platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Bark, and Discord. The position is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates eager to build a career in sales and business development. You will learn to identify potential clients, manage online communications, understand project requirements, prepare proposals, and convert leads into business opportunities. The working hours are from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, and this internship is on-site at P.E.C.H.S Block 06. Successful candidates may be offered permanent employment based on their performance and progress during the training period.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and relevant projects through various online platforms including Upwork, Fiverr, Bark, and Discord.
- Assist in lead generation and explore new business opportunities via online marketplaces and chat-based channels.
- Communicate professionally with prospective clients through chats, messages, and other digital communication tools.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate digital and technology services.
- Support the preparation of customized proposals, service pitches, and project quotations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain ongoing client communication to nurture relationships.
- Learn to handle client objections, negotiate terms, and assist in closing deals.
- Coordinate with design, development, and creative teams to gain a thorough understanding of service offerings and project needs.
- Maintain organized records of leads, client conversations, proposals, and follow-up activities.
- Monitor online platforms consistently to identify new client acquisition opportunities.
- Work diligently toward assigned training objectives and sales performance targets.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with a strong interest in sales and business development.
- Excellent written English communication skills and professional chat etiquette.
- Good comprehension skills with the ability to understand and interpret client requirements effectively.
- Genuine interest in digital services, technology, and online sales environments.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or client communication is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Confidence in client communication and a willingness to develop pitching and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Bark, or Discord is a plus.
- Strong learning attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving targets.
- Ability to manage multiple client conversations simultaneously while maintaining organized records.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with relevant academic backgrounds, prior sales training, or basic understanding of digital services are encouraged to apply. This internship provides exposure to a wide range of digital and technology services including web design and development, UI/UX design, graphic design and branding, 2D animation and motion graphics, video editing and production, digital marketing, SEO, and CMS-based website development.

Upon successful completion of the training, there is potential for permanent employment based on performance, skill development, and organizational needs. The monthly stipend ranges from Rs10,000 to Rs15,000. This role requires on-site presence and offers valuable career progression opportunities in a dynamic digital sales environment.
