Proven B2B Agency Experience: At least 2–4 years of active experience selling web design, SEO, or software development services to international clients. (Prior experience working in outbound sales departments of top-tier IT companies like Folio3, 10Pearls, Cubix, Salsoft, or Gaditek is a major plus).
Outbound Mastery: Strong, proven expertise in outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, cold emailing, cold calling). We are looking for a hunter, not just someone waiting for inbound warm leads.
Flawless Communication: Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills. You must be highly confident pitching over video calls (Zoom/Google Meet) to international business owners and decision-makers.
Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to handle objections regarding remote offshore delivery, pricing packages, and timeline constraints.
Responsibilities
The Hunt: Proactively identify, reach out to, and nurture potential B2B clients in North America, Europe, and the Middle East using cold outbound strategies, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and direct professional networks.
The Close: Manage the entire sales cycle—from first contact and discovery calls to pitching, overcoming pricing/time-zone objections, and closing the deal.
Target-Driven Execution: Meet and exceed a minimum baseline target of $5,000 to $6,000 USD in monthly closed revenue (approximately 2–3 standard custom WordPress/SEO/development projects).
Collaboration: Partner with our design and development team to quickly understand technical scopes, help build proposals, and present accurate solutions to prospective clients.
