Role Purpose

The Senior Data Analyst supports the Group’s risk reporting architecture by ensuring accurate data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and analytics for CPPR reporting. The role contributes to the development of dashboards, automation tools, and analytical models that enhance transparency, efficiency, and decision‑making across the Group.

This position plays a key role in maintaining data integrity, supporting governance routines, and ensuring that all portfolio reporting aligns with Group standards and internal control expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Extraction, Validation & Reconciliation
• Extract obligor‑level data from approved systems (hPLUS, IFRS‑9 Master Data, validated country inputs).
• Perform detailed data validation, exception analysis, and reconciliation with country balance sheets.
• Maintain audit trails, version control, and documentation for all data submissions.

B. Portfolio Reporting & Analytics

• Support the preparation of CPPR reports, cross‑sectional analytics.
• Conduct analysis on industry segmentation, risk rating distribution, as per the SLA/CPPR Guideline.
• Assist in preparing analytical insights for management reporting and governance forums.
• Automation, Dashboards & Reporting Tools
• Develop and maintain dashboards, automation scripts, and analytical tools to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Support enhancements to reporting architecture, including data models, templates, and visualization tools.
• Maintain reporting definitions, data dictionaries, and industry classification standards (NAICS).
• Support remediation of data quality issues and systemic reporting gaps.
• Respond to country queries within SLA timelines and provide clarification on reporting standards.
• Coordinate with country teams to ensure timely submission and validation of portfolio data.
• Support GRPG leadership in governance routines and reporting cycles.

Skills & Experience

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Minimum experience 2-3 years in a relevant area.
• Proficiency in BI, SQL, Excel, and automation tools.
• High attention to detail, governance discipline, and data integrity.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and country teams.
