As a Student Counselor, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping students from Pakistan navigate the journey to studying abroad—whether it’s securing admission to Ivy League universities, excelling in competitive application processes, or building a standout profile that sets them apart.

What You’ll Do:

Craft Personalized Roadmaps: Develop and execute customized strategic plans for students, integrating academics, extracurriculars, leadership growth, and university admissions.
Guide Global Ambitions: Work closely with students and families to identify best-fit universities and programs in destinations like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and the rest of the world.
Optimize Performance: Help students maximize their potential through structured academic planning, extracurricular strategy, and application positioning.
Lead with Expertise: Collaborate with internal teams, university representatives, and industry experts to ensure students receive world-class guidance.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously research and integrate admissions trends, industry insights, and success strategies to keep Success Factor at the cutting edge of student counseling.

Who You Are:

We’re looking for individuals who are strategic thinkers, exceptional mentors, and passionate educators with a deep understanding of international admissions.

Master’s degree in Education, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in student counseling, strategic planning, academic advising, university admissions or consulting.
A strong understanding of the college admissions landscape, especially for international students.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to engage, inspire, and guide students and families through complex decision-making processes.
On-site availability for full-time, in-person collaboration (Karachi).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
