Key Responsibilities
Manage the operations and facilities of data centers, including power, cooling, and allied services, ensuring uptime in compliance with TIA 942 standards. Oversee service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors and customers, as well as operational level agreements (OLAs), to guarantee smooth service delivery. Ensure all activities comply with security policies and governance frameworks.

Drive cost efficiency and optimization by developing strategies to reduce infrastructure expenses while improving resource utilization and maintaining cost-to-performance balance. Maintain high availability and reliability of data center infrastructure through proactive monitoring, redundancy planning, incident management, and disaster recovery testing. Lead and develop the infrastructure team by setting clear performance objectives, tracking project progress, and encouraging continuous learning and professional growth.

Manage vendor relationships by monitoring SLA compliance, evaluating vendor performance, and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues. Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements by evaluating emerging technologies and adopting industry best practices to enhance infrastructure efficiency. Uphold security and compliance by enforcing access controls, mitigating risks, and conducting regular audits to meet regulatory and industry standards.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering or a Master’s degree in Computer Science is required. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills. Technical competencies must include performance optimization, change management implementation, vendor management, and project management.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CDCS (Certified Data Centre Specialist), and CTDC (Certified Telecommunications Data Centre) are advantageous but not mandatory.
