The Product Operations team is essential in optimizing Careem’s products, particularly the Careem Food app, by connecting product, engineering, marketing, growth, and operations teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage in-app content components and widgets on the Careem Food mini app using internal tools, ensuring alignment with product and marketing strategies.
- Perform content updates accurately to prevent user-facing errors and maintain high quality.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, Growth, and Platform teams to support timely feature launches and campaign rollouts, ensuring cross-team synchronization.
- Conduct thorough visual and functional checks to maintain consistency and quality across all in-app content modules.
- Identify inefficiencies in content configuration processes and contribute to workflow improvements, documenting best practices to scale operations effectively.
- Assist with basic data monitoring and performance tracking of in-app content, supporting feature impact evaluation through analysis and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience or familiarity with scripting tools or content management platforms such as JSON-based systems, internal CMS tools, or low-code environments.
- Strong attention to detail in content setup, configuration execution, and performance monitoring.
- Basic understanding of technology product functionality and how in-app experiences influence user behavior.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, share insights, and gather feedback.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights that improve content performance and user experience.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset to identify issues and contribute to timely resolutions.
- Customer-focused approach to shape and validate content and features with the end-user in mind.
- Understanding of quality assurance processes to uphold content and product standards.
