SEO Content Writer - Onsite

DIGIT-IT is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEO Content Writer for a full-time, on-site role based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. This position requires candidates to work strictly from the office, with no remote or work-from-home options available. The role involves creating high-quality, natural, and human-written SEO content that aligns with search intent and provides genuine value to readers. The working schedule is Monday to Friday, with any 6-hour shift between 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce original, plagiarism-free, and fact-checked SEO content including blogs, service pages, and website copy.
- Conduct thorough keyword research covering primary, secondary, LSI, and long-tail keywords.
- Write content that satisfies search intent, particularly buyer and commercial intent, ensuring it reads naturally.
- Develop relevant FAQs and People Also Ask (PAA)-based content to enhance user engagement.
- Apply on-page SEO best practices such as proper use of H1, H2, H3 tags, meta titles, and meta descriptions.
- Perform competitor and SERP research to inform content strategy.
- Understand and implement internal linking and effective call-to-action (CTA) placement within content.
- Follow SEO content guidelines strictly and meet deadlines consistently.
- Avoid any AI-generated or AI-written content, ensuring all work is human-crafted.

Required Qualifications
- Up to 1 year of experience in SEO content writing.
- Excellent command of English writing and grammar.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research techniques.
- Knowledge of search intent, especially commercial and buyer intent.
- Basic understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Geographical Optimization).
- Ability to create content that is original, engaging, and aligned with SEO standards.

Selection Process
Candidates will be required to complete a content writing task assigned by DIGIT-IT. Submission and approval of this task by management is mandatory before proceeding further in the hiring process. Salary discussions will take place during the interview and will be based on the candidate’s skills and performance.

Compensation and Work Location
The monthly salary range for this position is Rs35,000 to Rs40,000. The job is strictly on-site at Office 4 & 5, 2nd Floor, Hina Center, Block 13-A, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. Remote or work-from-home applications will not be considered.
