Digital Market Pixel is a Dubai-based digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and website development. We help businesses, particularly law firms, healthcare providers, and SMEs, generate qualified leads and grow their online presence through data-driven marketing strategies.

We are looking for a motivated SEO Executive who is passionate about search engine optimization, enjoys solving ranking challenges, and stays updated with the latest SEO trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Develop and execute on-page SEO strategies.
• Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues.
• Monitor website health using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Improve Core Web Vitals and overall website performance.
• Create SEO strategies for local, national, and international campaigns.
• Plan and optimize content based on search intent and keyword opportunities.
• Perform backlink analysis and execute ethical link-building campaigns.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, PPC specialists, and web developers.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.
• Experience using:
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Google Tag Manager (preferred)
• Ahrefs
• SEMrush
• Screaming Frog SEO Spider
• Google Keyword Planner
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals and website speed optimization.
• Experience with schema markup is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously.
