We are looking for a motivated Orders Fulfillment and Customer Service Representative to join our team in Karachi. This role focuses on managing daily order processing through our Shopify online store while delivering excellent customer support across WhatsApp, calls, and social media channels. The successful candidate will ensure orders are dispatched promptly and customer inquiries are handled efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and dispatch daily orders posted on the online store accurately and on time.
- Resolve product or service-related issues by understanding customer complaints, identifying root causes, and explaining the best possible solutions clearly.
- Facilitate necessary corrections or adjustments and follow up to confirm complete resolution.
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer queries received via WhatsApp, Facebook, and Messenger.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers through calls and messaging platforms.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling order fulfillment processes.
- Problem-solving ability to clarify complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site at the Tariq Road location in Karachi.
